Application return due to minor identification

Hello,

My application got return mention about the Identification document is not vallid, I have put Passport and PR card for my child,
actually I have put the same documents for me and my wife and they are saying application is completed for adults, but only issue with the child identification.

I have seen similar post in this group, so I am planning to attached Onatrio Health card and Pakistan's Passport copies, so that will be good?
and now I am little bit worried for me and my wife application do I need change our identification copies as well ?

Do I need to redo my forms as well? as of now I am just 40days crossed from my signed forms.

Any expert who can suggest me on this, that will be helpful.

• Photocopy of two (2) pieces of personal identification.
  Both pieces of identification should show the minor’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
  Examples include:
  • permanent resident card (PR card)
    • A PR card may only be used as personal identification if your second piece of personal identification was issued by the Canadian government
  • school record;
  • health insurance card;
  • a passport page containing their photo and personal details;
  • a hospital or immunization record, may be provided.
  • Note: If there is information on both sides of the identification document, photocopy both sides.
• Photocopy of birth certificate or adoption order
  The document must show:
  • the minor’s name;
  • date of birth;
  • place of birth;
  • the names of the parents or adoptive parents.
