I applied for a Canadian Express entry visa, I got the ITA and then submitted my applşcation for permanent residency 3 weeks ago. Today I received an email that my application was cancelled because Ihave indicated my intended Province of Destination as Quebec and To be eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Program I must intend to reside outside of the Province of Quebec. If you submit a new Express Entry profile, you will get a new profile number. You will also get directions on how to register for Job Bank with this new number.
If I apply again do I have to wait for a new ITA or does the system allow me to make a new PR application with the previously received ITA?
