Application rejected due to missing paperwork. Help needed with exporting info!?

Hi everyone,

Very frustrating that our EE application was rejected yesterday due to missing paperwork.
We are Australian citizens and missed uploading 1 document (additional drivers licence check from Victoria) - even though there was no where to upload it in the application.. SO ANNOYING!

Anyway - they have written that it's straight out rejected without giving us extra time to upload the document (which we have ready to go!). And they have also said we need to re-apply from scratch.

SO - Does anyone know a fast way to export all our info from the last application? Or do we need to literally start from scratch and type it all in again?

You have to start from scratch. As in you have to start a whole new EE profile, wait for a new initiation to apply the whole thing. Of course the toughest part of this procedure is compiling the documents in the first place so at least you don't need to do that. I would recommend getting a new profile up and running ASAP to avoid missing another ITA round. Also, be super careful that all your documentation for your rejected application is still currently valid, as it may have aged beyond specified limits ( language test must have taken place within the previous two years for example)

Unfortunately, they make it very clear about what you need to do for a police certificate for Australia. From the CIC website country specific PC requirements:

Australian police clearances that are not acceptable:

Photocopies of a clearance
Certificates issued by the state police authority
Certificates issued on the basis of a “Complete Disclosure”
Any certificate, if it is not accompanied by a Traffic History Report and/or Full Licence History Search if the applicant, while over 18 years of age, lived in Queensland and/or Victoria

I had the same issue with my first application, Queensland traffic record missing. Worst part is that I already had this document from my IEC visa app.

Also the place uploading it is to combine with the police check pdf.

Uhhhh.. I'm so sorry to hear about what you're going through... annoying indeed.. why couldn't they just email you to ask about the missing document?!? Upon submission of application they explicitly say that they'd be intouch with us through email if they need further documents.... Some CIC employees need to be more understanding and show more courtesy...

Don't give up though.. you'll get another ITA soon and this time upload EVERYTHING... join PDf's together to form gigantic PDF's with every little thing...
