Application rejected-Cec. HELP

Hi there

My application was rejected today due to 'police check wasnt acceptable '. I gave them exactly what they wanted, its in colour and the correct type of check for Australian applicants. CAN SOME HELP WHY THIS WOULD BE REJECTED? What should i do ???

When was your PCC issued? Is Australia your country of residence? If Australia isn't your country of residence was the PCC issued after the last time you lived there? Did you provide traffic history (if you lived in Queensland) or the license history check (if lived in Victoria)?

I moved back to Sydney from Vancouver in Octobet 2016
Im from Sydney so no need for driving history

It was issued 5th May 2017..
It was uploaded in colour, has AFP ref number on there also. All clear to see

Then you can appeal the decision by raising a CSE.

It's possible that IRCC made an error, but just to cover all bases - you checked box 35, not box 33 in the application? (Section 8, Purpose of NPC).

I only ask because others have mistakenly selected box 33 and had the PCC rejected ...
