application refused after 2 months

my nephew Jass who applied under spp with loan, at Chandigarh, has got refusal letter yesterday after 2 months long wait.

we do not have letter of refusal yet, reason is you are not well establish in your country and will not come back??


What can be done?? any suggestions will be great?? appeal or restart over??

There is no formal appeal process. Your refusal letter will also mention that the decision is final. You are free to reapply if you feel there is a considerable change in your situation that will affect you positively.

Get hold of a good consultant and try to submit documents that will help overcome this.

But its strange that the visa for rejected for this reason under SPP.
