Application refusal because of embassy error

Dear friends,

My question is if visa officer do error and our application refuse because for that and we send them letter with explanation and show them error, u thing they will reply and reopen application again because of officer error or they never re open again because they already refuse the application. We sent them letter about 12 days ago officer error but we never get any response from them and our ecas show decision made,,

For that you must address it to the program manager/High Commissioner of the embassy and make an appeal.

Brother, you know my case. There was a mistake by VO in calculating my IELTS score. We are sailing in same boat. I sent a letter of reconsideration on 28 th April 2010 ( 51 days toaday). still no reply. I sent 2 reminders but everything is dea......d sielent. This unceratain wait is really killing. It seems like CHC world is not moving at all. Just pray to God and be patient, what else we can do?

hi brother, pls tell me did you check your ecas what showing there? and you think embassy they will reply us or not what your other friends saying, becasue i read online its says they have to reply in 30 days is that true? I dont want to reapply again its so much time and money and life efforts and why we should apply again its not our error. Regards,

Hi belize, my ecas status is still decision made from 9th April 2010. There is no change in ecas status at all.

Belize and SISH7255, fax the letters to the embassy stating the reason and details of letter which you have mailed them

Rocky, Thanks for your advise. I did it twice so far. Now I am planning to visit CHC next week and fill up the form for case specific inquiry to see what is happening with my case. I will get the answer immediately in 20 minutes or so. For the safer side, I have planned to reapply immediately if this outcome seems to be negative. I have faith in God. I know he will do right thing for all of us, at right time and at right place.

yes rocky, i did two three times but no reply from embassy yet I dont know whats gonna happen. but anyway you think they will reply once you submit consideration letter and if yes how long?? REgards
