My application reached mid September -i got no email from CIC - was waiting but today saw CAP is reached.
How to know I am IN or OUT ?

I got no email from CIC but CAP is reached as it shows 1000 mark.

I need to know - what should I consider ? Am i out ?
If so - do I have chance for express entry ?
