Application/Profile Details!!

Hey everyone, I got a message on my account asking about my background check on April 11th.
And we sent it to an email we got the last time they requested something from us and it said it would take 10 bussiness days.

I just logged in to check my profile status and it still says "Your action is required"
Did they not get the email?
I'm worried because we didn't get an email when they requested for my shcedule A background declaration form. I got the message on my account online. I didn't have my account linked before and we got an email requesting for our proof of cohabitation and we replied to that email.
I don't think this makes any sense lol:-X :-[

After I linked my application there was no place to upload my documents so I just did it the old fashion way and mailed them my schedule A and Police certificate. Within one week of them receiving it by mail, my background check started. It is still in process...
