Application processed in Warsaw (Poland) exceeded 6 months

Hi guys,

My application is almost 8 months since AOR. It's under processing in Warsaw, Poland. I tried to email them but they only sent a standard reply that it's under process. I can't find a telephone number to talk with an immigration officer. I called a number that I found online (+48 22) 584 3100 but it doesn't connect with a real person, there is only an automated message there. I'm desperate to know at least some status update on my application. I tried to call Canada's number but they just say I need to contact Warsaw office.

Any of you have been in this situation? How do I get through to the officer? Please give some advice.

I am currently in nearly the same situation.... i have emailed the department several times asking several detailed questions, but i either get a generic reply stating that the application will be processed once working conditions normalize or no reply at all. This is extremely frustrating, especially since i am also unable to link the application to my account
