hi,

I have student visa F1 in USA from last one year. I will apply for PR after two weeks. so can i apply by regular application process? or i have to apply by simplified application process? I have all the document ready now, i mean police certificate of India and USA. balance certificate, work experience certificate. so please help me about this

1. The SAP no longer exists.
2. You occupation has to be on the list of "38" or it will be returned without processing, no documents are attached. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp
3. If you are not on the list of "38" your only other route is PNP, obtaining job in Canada, or AEO from an employer or applying through the Canadian experience class.
