HELP.. Im from the Manila, Philippines. My sponsor and I are living together for almost 4 years now and we about to submit out application to Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M). We need to pay the application fees but we do not have a credit card to pay fees online. Can we use our friend's credit card to pay?
IF this is not acceptable, our second option is to pay via MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT. However, we do not know any bank here in Manila that offers MONEY ORDER / MONEY DRAFT that is acceptable or can be drawn to a financial institution in Canada.
Secondly, I want to clarify if we need the "original receipt of payment form IMM 5401" to be able to pay the financial institution in Canada.
