Application package - Do you need to included all the forms.....?

Hello

I am getting ready to submit my application, there are 2 forms which are irrelevant for my application and have been left blank. We have no children/ additional dependents and we have not used a representative.

Do we still need to include these BLANK forms in our application
OR
Can we just write on our cover letter that we have not submitted them because they are not necessary for our application?

These are the two forms: 'Additional Dependents' & 'Use of Representive'

You will need to add the additional dependants form as there is an area that needs to be signed saying the PR applicant doesn't have any children. You also need to add parents a siblings on there. If this form is not included the package will be returned. Adding parents and siblings on there doesn't mean you are applying for them though.

You can fill out the representive form as the sponsor so you have access to the PR applicants information. It's easier that way

There is a form which already asks for 'Additional Family Information' which I have filled in and required my parents and siblings info and whereabouts. My parents and siblings are not dependent of me, so I don't know why I would put them on a form saying 'Additional Dependents'?

If the form is not required, then you don't need to include it at all. The checklist will clearly show which forms you're including and which ones you're not.

it won,t hurt you to submit all the documents but if you forgot to submit one.... it will be returned to you so you are advised....
