Application not found in ECAS

My application will be full 6 months by the end of this week. I submitted my application(CEC) online via my CIC account.

I can check the status of my application in CIC: Background check in process.

But I cannot find my application in ECAS.
Is this normal?

I think is normal.

I applied through old CEC and later through EE, for a while I could see both applications in ECA.

Later I just could see the old application.

I guess ECA makes sense for paper applications, not for EE which is online
