Application moved to CPC-Ottawa?

Hi, I have not read anyone getting this experience or is it standard procedure that they move your application to VO- Ottawa for further processing

Nov 3: AOR / Biometrics / Sponsorship approval
Nov 6: Biometrics enrolled
Nov 13: sent CSQ
Nov 16: Application moved to Visa Office CPC-Ottawa

Outland applicant ( Philippines)
Spousal sponsorship

Many apps being sent to Ottawa in the last while, they seem to be processing pretty quickly there, good news for you....................when you include the letter like you did it is a good idea to cross out names and any other personal info on it, just to be on the safe side.

Yes it came with Sponsor Approval on the PDF file they sent. This is what it says

application to the Provincial Government. To download the required forms, please consult the Ministère
de l'immigration, de la diversité et de l'inclusion (MIDI) website at www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca
(Sponsors and Sponsored Persons section). Complete the required forms and promptly submit them to
the MIDI at the address provided in the provincial guide. Do not submit any of the MIDI forms to this
office as they will only be returned to you.
You must enclose a copy of this correspondence with your undertaking application to MIDI. If you
received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you. You
may print a copy to be enclosed with your undertaking application to MIDI.
