Gave my biometrics on 12 august
My eligibility review has not started yet
I contacted them through webforms to submit a Police certificate...
and they told me my application was in Edmonton so I should contact that office...
Is that normal because if I'm correct what I've seen on the Forums most of the applicant's applications are being processed in Abu Dhabi (UAE)...
