Application including spouse: spouse documents

Hi Guys,

Plan to send out CEC application including wife and kid.

According to the checklist, it seems my wife doesn't need to submit generic application form.
She just needs:
1. background declaration form imm5669
2. additional family information imm5406
3. passport copies
4. birth certificate
5. police clearance
6. photos

did i miss anything??

Also, my application will be send out on Mar. 2014, when i get my notice of assessment, probably it will not cover my entire eligible one year experience, would that be all right?

i submitted my file on nov 12 and recieved by cic nov 15 , forgot to include the backgrounddeclaration form for the souse.
Please let me know what should i do now.I am in the subcap NOC .I am really worried.

Marriage certificate. if you completed your experience of one year you can send it now and send updated NOA later
