In addition to saving the funds and applying for your ECA, I recommend you select an exam date in May or June for IELTS and start preparing.

The PCC is validity differs for different countries. How many countries have you lived at, for more than 180 days in the last 10 years or, since you turned 18?

Best to start banking the money now.
