APPLICATION GUIDANCE...HELP!!!

Hello Everybody,
I really need your HELP here!
This is regarding my Brother who wants to pursue MBA or related course in Canada.

This is his Profile -
D.O.B : 9/Mar/1989
Schooling : 10th Std - 58.6% (2004 Passout)
12th Std - 52.3% (2006 Passout)
U.G : Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) - 75% (2009 Passout)
Profession : Process Associate at Genpact (2009 to Present)
IELTS : 6.5 (L-7 R-6.5 S-6.5 W-5.5)

Based on this Profile, please guide me as to which College/University is better for him.

MBA will involve high cost. If you can afford a fee of CAD 34 to 35k then it's okay and he will need to appear for GRE as well. However, he can also opt for a course like PG diploma which are usually of one to two years. and he is eligible to apply under SPP category, hence chances are bright of getting visa.

1. Not eligible for MBA in Canada, you need 4 years of UG degree.
