Application from One Country and Biometrics from Another Country

Hello Experts,

If one has applied for Visitor Visa from Country A and got notification for giving Biometrics but all the Biometrics centers in that country are closed. However, if they have a US Visitor Visa, could they give Biometrics in US where all the Centers are open? If so, how could they contact IRCC for applying this change? IRCC's webform didn't help in the past where a response from IRCC was never received even after 45 days for the Webform questionnaire.

• visa application centres (VACs) worldwide
• application support centers (ASCs) in the United States and its territories
• designated Service Canada offices (SCOs)"

There is central database for biometrics. You can give bio anywhere in the world and any Visa office will be able to verify that.

Yes you can. I give my bio in Paris and sent my passport in Turkey.
