Application FORM FILLING DOUBTS - IMM 5669 CEC

Question about 8) Personal History
I am staying in the same address since Jan 2013 till date.
I have filled From Date as 2013 01 ,whats should I fill in To Date section for the recent address
I am going to submit my PR application by end of this months .
Should To Date be empty or current date

Personally, I always use the date that I fill in and/or sign the forms.
I do NOT try to be clever and modify the forms by hand with pen etc.

Some people try to over think the problem....
CIC know how to interpret these fields with the current date in them.
