Hmmmm are you currently employed?

You could also try to write a letter talking about your ties to our country like your parents, siblings, relatives, etc.

Sorry to hear that.

What kind of job did you apply for?
Are you working now in your country? If yes, does the job you are doing now and future job in Canada match?

I am not currently not employed... My husband work in a lobster shop last year and he requested me to her Canadian employer.. in the LMO it indicates that the job is non regulated and no formal education is required, no experience required.. I am not the only one being requested, I think we are 6.. they are already approved and waiting for their flights but I don't know why I am being refused.. We also have an agreement with the employer to renew there next yr.. I have LMO, contract and letter from the employer that she is really hiring me but why the CIC is refusing me?

Apart from NBI clearance and employment situation in your country, I feel the main reason why visa officer rejected your application could be your present employment status. He would have felt if you start your job in Canada, you will not return back as they are no employment prospects in your home country (on the stream you applied for).

Again, I feel this a very rude rejection as you are saying another set of 5 people were granted visas. Just in case, if you are in contact with other 5 people, are those guys currently employed in home country?

Hi Jazzy0006,

Did you mean, your employer applied for LMO on April 27th? If yes, could you share your province and NOC.
If it is LMO, then there is no way you can check the status. Your employer can contact Service Canada and find out how your file is moving.
