So my application got rejected and the letter states that it is a definitive and final decision on the present application. We have already submitted a new file so that when the score comes down the new file could get picked up. But at the same time my consultant says we can appeal for the previous rejection at the same time
My concern is what if the new application gets picked up and at the same time the appeal on the previous file moves forward at the same time. Won't that affect both the applications as they are still under my name. I do understand he is trying to help me by appealing for the previous rejection but I am just not sure how it will work out because technically i will have 2 files being reviewed at the same time
