living in QC, still havent received medical request

in my CIC account under PR application it says: "Your Action Is Required", but then in messages it says "None".

it looks like this was a known bug back in June/July (and this is when I initially saw it), but 3 months down the line it hasn't changed and I'm concerned that my action actually is required, just don't know what to do - especially since I moved residences in July (did mail-forwarding and changed address on the website). Did anyone else have this issue? I've asked for help with technical issues on their website twice in a row and it hasn't been helpful.

HEllo. Urgent Help needed!!
My wife's application was refused december 2016 due to proxy marriage (marriage certificate). I am yet to submit the new application and i am a Quebec resident. My wife recieved her Certificat de selection in her old application. So i am wondering if i can still use the old CSQ for this new application. Because there is a question in the Generic Application which ask "if you have already recieved the CSQ".

sHOULD I CHECK YES OR NO?
