Dear All,
Can anyone help me on this? I am a PR and coming to Canada this summer leaving behind my 1 and a half year old daughter with her father and grandparents. My baby is not a PR as she was born in Pakistan i.e. outside Canada.
Her application was rejected due to the fact that at the time of application none of the parents were physically present in Canada. Now I want to reapply afresh.
Please suggest if there are any chances of refusal still? I was elligible in every respect except for the fact stated above. Also, will my presence in Canada serve for a quicker processing of the case too?
All suggestions are valuable.

This was all explained to you in 2016 and 2017. No the fact that you are in Canada will not speed up your application. You have to be in Canada to file the application so you will have normal processing time.

Yes thanks for the valuable suggestions you have been sending for the past 2 years.

Is it necessary that the sponsoring parent should be in Canada? Or anyone's presence in Canada would serve the purpose?
