Application for Canadian permanent resident visa

Hi All,

I already got nominated for Provincial Nomination Program in Manitoba and I'm in the process now of submitting a permanent resident visa.

Now my question is if it's necessary to include the Permanent Resident card of the relative that nominated you in the application as one of the supporting documents/requirements?
