I employ a caregiver who has worked for me since the beginning of January 2013. She has worked the minimum 44 hrs required in Canada per month (plus some overtime). We are getting all her paperwork together to apply for the option of 24 months fulltime work. She has received 2 weeks paid vacation time for each year. Is this time included in the 24 months, or does she have to work an extra month to make up for that vacation time?
