I filed my application for PR through FSW express entry through the lawyer last month. It was after a long hard journey that I received the ITA. However yesterday I noticed that the application fees (processing + landing) is refunded. I suspect that my application is rejected. Trying to call the lawyer but he is not responding. . . Not to say we are feeling very disappointed and frustrated. Is it possible to request the case to be opened? Can someone provide any suggestions on what we should our nest steps be?
