For family Class Sponsorship to sponsor your wife from another country, which fee are you supposed to pay?

Is it Citizenship Fees or Immigration Fees?

Please advice.

Also, what package did you use to send it at and from where?

The total to sponsor my husband was $1040 (spousal sponsorship fee, primary applicant fee, and right of permanent residence fee).
