Hello , guys ... I want to apply for a college ... the app fee is $ 100 , as usual .... I am currently in Manali ... whether is really rough here , with snowfall in between ... my nearest consultant is like in Chandigarh, 10 hours far .... so , i need to know can I make the payment through my local State bank here,in Manali .... I have the college's bank a/c details .... Or do I need to go to a consultancy ... Postal services are working fine in my area which will not be a pbm ( in case i want offer letter delivered to my address )
