Application eligibility for missing document

Hi one and all....

I have already filed my application and included both Bachelor and Master degrees. I have done the WES report for the Bachelor degree only and it was enough to earn the required points. I am afraid that CIC will return the application because it doesn't include the WES report for the Master degree, is it possible even though I have enough points to file the case?

I think, visa officer will assess your application for eligibility and if you secure 67 points, he/she will accept the application.
