I realized that starting November 1st you'd have to provide proof on English and/or French proficiency, so I quickly compiled my application and sent it to CPC-Sydney. FedEx says that the application package was delivered in the morning of the 29th and my question is when you think the application will be formally received and if/when I will get a letter saying so.

So:
Is the application formally received when FedEx hands it over to the CPC-Sydney official, or could I be in trouble here with regards to the November 1st deadline?
Also, will I see any type of paperwork about my application being received in the near future?

Thanks!

Seems like I dodged the language test bullet. And I should've seen that thread... ::)
