Application dated May 18, 2015. Is my application too old now?

Hi I signed my application and dated it for May 18, 2015. I didn't send it in yet due to some delays with my wife's supporting documents (God bless the Philippines). The documents are on their way now and I'll be able to finally send it in this week. Should I reprint the documents and re-sign it and put a later date on it? However, my letter of employment is dated for May 10, 2015. I would prefer not to hassle my employer for another letter for a later date.

The first thing you need to do is check to see if any of the forms have been updated since you printed them. A few forms were updated in April and June of this year. Make sure you have the right versions printed - otherwise your application may be returned.

ARGH! They updated the IMM0008 form last April. We filled out the version from February 2015 Now I need to get my wife to re-sign the new version and fedex it to me. What a pain!

For my first question my wife's part is signed July 12 but my forms are May 18. Should I update the forms to a later date or is a form signed 2 months ago okay?
