Application category for visitor visa

I am applying for a visitor visa for canada. Just now recently gave finger print and received mail for passport submission.

When I created account in VFS, to create two way courier labels, it is asking me for selecting application category.

The options are

1. Original Passport Submission
2. PRTD (Permanent Resident Travel Document)
3. Study Permit
4. Temporary Resident Visa
5. Work Permit

Does any one know what option should I select ?
