Application approved > LOI received... Is that enough?

Hello everyone,
about a year ago, I had the idea of living and working in Canada. I decided to apply for a work permit. February this year I received a LOI. I'm able to take some serious steps right now. I was thinking about flying to see what happens. When I found this forum today I realized that it may be more complicated than I thought it was gonna be. May I ask you for some advice? What should I do next? I would appreciate for any help.

You need to provide details. What kind of work permit have you applied for? IEC? Something else?

I applied for IEC. I took care of all the biometric formalities in February. I was considering the medical exam, but I suppose that it's only required for health care jobs.
