Several weeks ago I was requested by the visa office to upload passport photocopies and passport photos.
A week after I uploaded, the visa office sent me an email asking to send them hard copies of the photos, but they never asked me to send my actual Passport. Several days ago my profile changed to show that my application was approved, but nothing else was changed and there no message that explains the next steps. What am I missing?
Should there be a digital message at this point? or perhaps further explanation get sent only by post?
Does it make sense that I didn't get a request to send my passport?
What are the usual next steps?
