Hi,

I submitted my spousal sponsorship application on september 14 (package was delivered on this date). According to the website the processing has begun untill september 23 but I am yet to receive any email. Also, there is no update on the website which I checked using the Receipt number.

Currently I am out of the country on vacation and I was wondering if there is any way to contact them from out of Canada. The 1-888- number is valid only within Canada.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

hi im in the uk and this is the number i use to contact them with 0016139444000.
first press option 1 then option 2 and then 1 again..
