What's LMIA exempt? I don't know much about it lol

This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.
• Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each relative's details will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another relative.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

Now, I am PGWP holder and applying under FSW. Do i still need to give their information even if they are not coming here?

I have a job offer with salary and all but no LMIA, so I will provide POF, however my dear bank back home has misspelled my name on the statement, AND put my old address in Ontario. I requested a correction, they refused unless I went there personally.

Why is everything so complicated back there? I guess thats why I wanna move here..

I assume your bank is in Canada. Just go to online banking or call them and tell them you want to change the address. They might ask you to see their branch at a nearby location. When you are doing that get your name corrected and address changed.

No it's not in canada its back home, and I haven't been in over 5 years. And I don't plan to.

They just missed a letter in my first name, would an explanation letter with an attached drivers license with my old address solve the problem?

Yes, I don't think so that will be a problem. Your last name will be more important. If you still have a cheque from that account, you can include a void photocopy of it too.

Another conundrum:

My job offer is not LMIA supported and I didn't claim the 600 points.
It is for a full time, permanent job, but on the contract it says 5 years.The employer says they never sign a permanent job on a contract, only in 5 year increments, would this be reason for rejecting my application?

If you never claimed the 600 points they would not reject your application. You never clalimed to have a permanent contract.

Yeah that should be fine. You don't have to give them all months statement. Try doing first 3 deposits, 3 in the middle and 3 towards the end.

I have several questions when completing the online application profile, hope someone can give me suggestions.

1. Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

2. Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

my situation is that I got refused the Canada visitor visa in 2008, for above two questions, should I answer YES? and what is going to happen if I answer YES?

3. Provide details of any trips applicant has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

I studied and worked in Canada for almost 2 years, so is Canada my residence country? if so, during the two years, I came back to my home country 3 times on vacation, are the trips to my home country should be listed for the above question?

I really very confused, hope someone can help. Thank you very very much..

You answered yourself correctly.

You should say yes for visa refused, if you have a reason, add it to your explanation letter.

When you are in a country > 6 months it is your country of residence, you consider your trips back home as trips to document (usually as vacation).
