Didn't convinced the consular officer that I would leave canada because of my personal assets, had 2 gap years and the most important one: my sponsor was my brother in law, and I forgot to add a certificate of marriage to my sister, however now I am applying with father as sponsor.

hello everyone .. I got refusal in spp in may last year. reason was my course mismatch. second tym my consultant said that he got special visa letter from university for me... I again applied than again got refusal... my qualification is BSc in nursing nd now I applied for September session my course is applied health administration..my clg is loyalist college ontario. may I got visa in third time???? plz tell me
