Applicants over age 54

I am over age 54 and therefore do not have to take the citizenship test -- much to my dismay. So -- does that mean I will not get the Discover Canada book? My file has been transferred to Vancouver just a few days ago, but no word on getting a book.

My husband was over 54 when he applied and didn't have to write the test (he was sorry as well). He did receive a book however.
