Called IRCC , still in criminality (security , eligibility not started ) , I guess this happens to random unlucky people because normal processing follows->

actually i really dont knw whats going on
last thursday i have talked to an agent and did make sure that my file is still in sydney office or not
he said yes its still there , now i have no idea he is right or wrong.

please mention your timeline as well.

After that nothing but they told me they transfer my file on aug 08 but after feb 01 i didnt get any update
