Applicant Indian but son US Citizen. Does he have to be included in application

My wife and I (applicants) are from India and our son is a US born citizen. Our application got to a point where CIC is asking us to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee. My question is, does my son need to be included in the application or can he accompany us with a visa?

Your son has to be included in the application. I hope he (your son) was listed in the application, not only as a dependent, but as an accompanying dependent. If he's not, you need to raise a CSE right away, since you're at the payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee stage.
By the way, payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee is only for you and your spouse, not you son.

I support kuskus.if not you will/might have trouble at landing though canadian officials wont wanna hurt a US citizen but follow the right procedure
