Applicant in Canada on Clergy permit - Still option for OUTLAND PR?

Hey all,

Can an applicant in Canada already here on a clergy permit still submit an Outland application? Applicant is a USA citizen who was living in the USA with his wife but recently moved back to Canada and is currently working. Can they still submit an outland application?

Yes. You can apply outland regardless of whether you live inside or outside Canada.
