my case also shows application received i got my file number on 14th july 08 & aplied on 2nd july 08
Dear Rupeshhari i have read on this forum that some of the applicants wrote that while checking thier application status address has been removed what does this mean i cant understand .
second thing rupeshhari what do you think regarding cases like me who does not fall under 38 list and applied in above said period is there any hope for us because they have not given any rejection or acceptation regarding our case

on the application status webpage, after you log in, one of the information that is given is the applicant's address. Sometimes this changes a little bit. Sometimes they system shows my old address, sometimes my new address but without the country on it. its just a systems glitch.

I don't know about the applicants not on the 38 job list. I think no chance, but others say they might consider it. I am saying no chance based on the rules, not based on anything else. Maybe they will place a new rule that they wont use the 38 job list as a criteria for the applicants in that period but i haven't heard of such rules.

If i sound positive, then i would be giving you false hope. If i sound negative, sorry about that. Just hope for the best but don't let canada be the only option for your future. Look at other countries too and look at other ways to get to canada. Good luck.
