Hi all experts on this forum, I am a new comer to this forum and desperate to get an answer/opinion on my case from you.

My background: I was an international student at McGill and finished my graduate study last May (2012) and have been working in Montreal since graduation. The position is a permanent job offer. Since there is no cap for applicant with a valid job offer, so I prepared all forms and documents according to the guide and submitted the application under Federal Skilled Worker Program in this July. I calculated the points myself and it was >80. Frustratingly, now more and more people told me that I have to apply CSQ first since my job offer is from Quebec and I am currently working here. But there is no such related indication or explanation on CIC website: it doesn't state anywhere that the job offer has to be outside of Quebec if applying under FSW; neither anywhere states that if the job offer is from Quebec one has to apply through CSQ. In my application form (IMM0008ENU) I did answer Toronto as a city to intend to live. So do I have to look for a job offer outside Quebec in order to apply via FSW? I am really confused right now and so worried my application might get refused.

Please, any advice is welcome. My application package has not been opened yet so if indeed I am not qualified under FSW, I can still cancel the application and save the money.
