Applicant child birth after approval - Group of Five

Hello,

I would like to know what to do in the case of my cousin who we are sponsoring to come to Canada through the Group of Five plan.

She has been approved to come to Canada after passing medical tests but she has recently given birth to a child.

Can anybody help me with knows what steps we need to take now that an additional child will be coming with her to Canada?
