Appendix B in PPR

To all who got their PPRs already, I have question about appendix B in passport request, “
Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada. Send the completed form with your passport(s) or if applicable, photocopy(ies) of passport(s). DO NOTsend passports for non-accompanying family members.”

I am the sponsor of my husband, are the Sponsor and children who are in Canada be included in this form? Or just the PA and dependent who resides outside of Canada only?

,,,,im sure you have finished doing it,,, my question is my spousei partner is in Canada,, do i have to put his name on the form?
