APPENDIX A v/s imm5490

Hello dear friends

I have a headache whit this two forms, APPENDIX A and IMM5490, both are checklist is clear now, but for example:

PROOF of relationship are in two seccions, so. I must to send twice the same information o evidence??
Police Certificate: are in Appendix Q#9 and Q#14, so, i have to attached twice againt??

what can be done?

Hi - You only need one copy of the Police report, plus a certified copy into English if the original is in another language. For any documents (Passport copy etc.) - you don't need to send multiple copies with one application.
