Hi All,

I have read a couple of posts in this forum where people have been refused immigration because they failed to submit documents.
Well, here are some things to keep in mind if you have applied thrugh Delhi especially, because that office is full of loads and they are just waiting for you to faulter and so they can get one file out.

If you move please update your address.
If you change email address , update CIC.
If you take up course, change jobs update CIC.
If you graduate finish a course, update CIC.
If you marry, divorce etc, update CIC.
Anything you do tell them.
Because if you dont you will only end up with a refusal letter.

And those people who have hired immigration consultants, I would suggest that you still keep the mailing address as yours if your possibly could, because this will prevent the foolish consultants from messing up your aplications. They dont know how one feels and how hard earned the money you spending is. And please keep CIC updated with your current information. It is very necessary.

i am curious about something. I make maximum points for education based on my masters and 17 years of completed education all from reputable universities so I don't think there would be any problem with these.

I have registered for courses at other universities, where I left before completing it. Do i need to report these to CIC?

Hi Rupesh,
I don't think so as it uses the word "completed" in the instructions. But lets see if someone else has a different view. I am also in the same shoes but I am not going to mention it.

Why report when the education was incomplete? ~ I did lots of short courses through my company and on my own like Oracle, SQL server etc. I never mentioned this because I thought it was irrelevant and will not effect my application in anyway.

Its not an offense that I have to report no matter what.
