hello, I am currently working in Canada with a temporary working permits. My wife was denied a visa because she had a deportation order in the United Stated 13 years ago. We had 3 children born in the US. Now my wife is in her home country waiting to join us in Canada. There was an error, the Canadian immigration official told us that she had two deportation orders which is not true. She has not committed any felonies. She had a deportation order because her petition for asylum in the US was denied. Can she still get a visa to come to Canada so our family can be reunified.
