my prtd is denied by india office ,they give me 02 month time to appeal the decision but i decided not to appeal but decided to start new process of PR will be sponsored by my canadian citizen wife still living in canada as earliest .i want to know that i have to wait for two month ( till appeal period complete) or i can save these 02 month also to apply new case if yes how.pls suggest me.
